Dacă vor fi găsiți culpabili de comiterea acestor infracțiuni, aceștia riscă o pedeapsă sub formă de închisoare de la 3 la 7 ani cu amendă în mărime de la 200 000 la 300 000 lei şi cu privarea de dreptul de a ocupa anumite funcţii publice sau de a exercita o anumită activitate pe un termen de la 5 la 10 ani (în cazul art. 324 alin.(1) din Codul penal), închisoare de la 5 la 10 ani cu amendă în mărime de la 300 000 la 400 000 lei şi cu privarea de dreptul de a ocupa anumite funcţii publice sau de a exercita o anumită activitate pe un termen de la 7 la 10 ani (în cazulart. 324 alin.(2) lit. b) din Codul penal) și amendă în mărime de la 50 000 la 100 000 lei şi cu privarea de dreptul de a ocupa anumite funcţii publice sau de a exercita o anumită activitate pe un termen de pînă la 5 ani (în cazulart. 324 alin.(4) din Codul penal).
