Referitor la criticile, potrivit cărora Bulgaria nu este membru cu drepturi depline Schengen, ministrul transporturilor de la Sofia a spus zilele trecute: „Nu avem acces terestru la Schengen, dar anul acesta se va lucra mult pentru ca Bulgaria să devină membru cu drepturi depline al Schengen pe cale terestră”.
